I work very hard to please the customer.  I have excellent customer service skills, thus, I will work closely with the client until the client is satisfied.

My speciality in writing is poetry, but I can also write short fiction and children poems.

In addition, I am skillful in business writing, such as letters and other business projects. 

I am an aspiring writer, I have been writing since the fourth grade; in the fourth grade I have developed a cartoon character name Jerry.  After some years as an Administrative Assistant, I would like to branch into freelance writing and/illustrating.

I am confident that I could to most projects and giving the chance I am aim to please.
