I am a freelance writer, proofreader, and blogger always looking for new clients and projects to fuel my creativity and to fill my insomnia-ridden nights. I possess a BS in Criminal Justice/Criminology with a minor in Criminalistics.  I did complete graduate school, but am a thesis-shy from my MPA due to the birth of my two wonderful daughters, for whom I am a stay-home mom and homework advisor as well.

I love research, particularly within the legal field; however, I am well-versed and capable in other disciplines as well.  To prove my consummate level of nerdiness to you, dear potential client, let me state that my first love, albeit unrequieted, is for legal case briefs.  I also dabble in short fiction and poetry (I LOVE haiku!)

While my personal writing is typically characteristic of my sarcastic, witty self, I am quite capable of applying whatever level of seriousness, and difficulty my clients require.  As a Virgo, I am highly meticulous with my writing and well-versed in the majority of reference citation styles.
