I offer writing and consulting services with a creative edge.  Based in northern California, I'm both a freelance writer and creative consultant from Auburn, CA.  I have a degree in journalism coupled with a public health non-profit background.  I worked for the American Cancer Society and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a fundraiser and events planner.

Because of my love of health and wellness, I aim to inspire others via my writing to embark on healthy lifestyles.  I have also planned food and wine tasting events and am a long-time foodie and write about food/healthy cooking and wine-related topics in my blogs.
