Additionally, I was responsible for creating and editing all outgoing correspondences to students, parents, and financial aid administrators, and assisting in creation of material to expand marketing efforts.

Furthermore, I handled market research for the Marketing Department, where I was responsible for researching, reporting and presenting findings on competitor information. My research efforts also expanded into borrowing trends by students and parents, borrowing trends by demographics, poverty based on ethnicity, and changes in federal legislation as it relates to the student loan industry.

I am a hands-on individual, and work well both independently and in a group. I adapt quickly to changing environments and welcome constructive criticism as it is a crucial component of the learning process,  I am also highly skilled in creative writing and critical analysis.
